Lasagna is one of the most requested recipe in yummy tummy, the reason why it took me this long is because I know that if i have to post that recipe, it should be using homemade lasagna sheet recipe..I fixed the day today and started the work in the morning itself. I made a batch of vegan homemade pasta and lasagna sheets and made this delicious lasagna..

I also made a batch of vegetable lasagna..Will share that soon. And i will soon make a traditional egg lasagna sheet and share some non veg version of this..This spinach, mushroom and cheese lasagna is a classic combination and it worked pretty great. The taste was awesome..

Preparation Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 15 to 20 mins
Baking Time : 45 to 50 mins
Serves : 4

Ingredients:

Lasagna Sheets - 10 to 12 ( I used homemade, cook it first) Cheese - 1/2 cup grated ( i used mozarella)
Parsley finely chopped as needed

For Filling:
Butter - 1 tblspn
Garlic - 5 cloves chopped finely
Onions - 1 medium size chopped finely
Mushrooms - 200 grams chopped finely
Spinach - 3 cups chopped finely
Salt to taste
Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
Italian Seasoning - 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup

For White Sauce:
Butter - 4 tblspn
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 4 tblspn
Milk - 1/2 liter
Salt to taste
Pepper or Red Chilli flakes to taste
Cheese - 1 cup grated ( i used mozarella)
Method:

Start by cooking lasagna, boil lots of water, add salt and drop pasta in boiling water and cook for 3 to 4 mins. Drain it lay it in a plate.

Start by making the filling. Heat butter in a pan, add in garlic and onions. Saute for a min.

Add in mushrooms and give a quick toss, add in spinach and saute till it wilts and raw smell leaves from it.

Add in salt, red chilli flakes and italian seasoning. Give a mix. Add in water and bring ...
